Parts:
Hockey Puck, eye hook, carabiner (or rope/parachute cord).

Tools: Screwdriver, Drill(optional but really necessary, I did the one in the video by hand).

Great stuff Phil, I did the same thing but with baseballs, softballs, blocks of wood...etc...

I have a couple softball grip tools I made with eye hooks and a small wooden pinch block.
